APPWOVAL/BISAPPROVAL OF SIGN FOR THE MUSKEG0 MOOSE LODGE S86 W21693 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, A 4' X 8' temporary changeable sign was placed on
the property addressed as S86 W21693 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The Moose Lodge was requested to remove the Sign
immediately, and
WHEREAS, They are now proposing to make the sign permanent
by attaching it to the existing sign, and
WHEREAS, This lot has 270 feet of frontage and the
allowable free standing sign permitted would be 52 square feet,
and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign would be 32 square feet with an
0 existing 9 square feet.
WHEREAS, This sign is proposed to be located 30' from the
center line on Highway 24 within the setback area, and
WHEREAS, This sign is also located within a visual setback.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapprove of the addition of a 32 square
approve/disapprove
foot changeable letter sign to be added to the existing 9 square
foot free standing sign for the Muskego Moose Lodge located at
S86 W21693 Janesville Road.
