APPROVAL, QF FLAT WALL SIGNS
RESOLUTION #P .C. 1-87
VIDEO COUNTRY-366 W3.4544 JANESVILLE ROAD /1 W#EWB4$, It is proposed to construct and place two signs on
a building at S66 W14544 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This building is located in the 8-3 District, and
WHEREAS, Section 8.12 (7) B 2 b permits a flat wall sign to
be 5% of the wall area on which the sign is to be located, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 2' X 8' sign on the
front of the building and a 4' X 6' sign on the side of the
building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two flat wall signs as submitted for Video Country, S66
W14544 Janesville Road.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Pabst sign and pole be
removed.
