WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted by Dean
King for a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 19, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned EA, and
WHEREAS, There is a pre-existing residence located on this
farm, and
WHEREAS, The lot area requested in the EA District is
40,000 square feet with a width of 150 feet, and
WHEREAS, This lot meets the requirements of the EA
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of land and recommend approval to Common Council
subject to city engineers approval.
