BPPRQVAL OB AMENDED SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install sewers in the Oak Hill
Estates Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, A 10' X 30' permanent sanitary sewer easement and
a 15' X 30' temporary construction easement is required at the
west end of Greendridge Trail on Harlow B. Stichmann's property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the acquirement of the 10' X 30' permanent easement and the 15' X
30' temporary construction easement.
