NE 1/4 SECTION 2-EDWARD SALENTINE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide four (4) lots in the NE
1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 and 2 abut the pub1
WHEREAS, Lot 3 and 4 can be served
and
WHEREAS, These lots conform to the
they are located, and
WHEREAS, These lots are located in
ic sewer, and
by private interceptor,
RS-1 district in which
the floodplain as
described by HUD and must meet the city requirements of Chapter
14 of the municipal code, the required local easements and any
DNR regulations before constructing a dwelling on said lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division subject to any improvements needed to meet the local
and DNR requirements.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with a $75.00 submittal feel and $600.00 in lieu
of park dedication.
