A BUILDING TO MULTI-FAMILY IN THE B-3 DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has been petitioned to convert
a barber shop into a residential unit, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance #432 adopted in September, 1982 amended
the zoning ordinance to permit multi-family use of existing
structures, and
WHEREAS, This use would permit an additional 500 square
feet living unit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use for the building located at W179 S7702
Pioneer Drive with the following conditions:
1) That two off street parking areas be provided.
