&#REM, The Subdivider's Agreement has been submitted to
the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, The improvement plans are now being submitted to
the various committees for approval, and
WHEREAS, The subdivider's agreement is submitted as part of
the final plat which is to be approved by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the subdivider's agreement as part of the final plat subject that
all improvement plans be submitted to the proper committees and
that any deed restrictions be submitted to the Plan Commission
for approval.
