WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' X 48' building

WHEREAS, City records indicate that this
parcel of land in an R2-OLS District, and
WHEREAS, There is a 410 square foot shed
garage on the property, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance restricts
60% of the principal building, and
is a two acre
and an attached
detached garages to
WHEREAS, The petitioner shall obtain a variance from the
Board of Appeals based on a hardship.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the petition for a
approve/disapprove
30' X 48' second garage structure for Donald & Margaret Dougherty
at W140 s9319 Boxhorn Drive subject to the Board of Appeals
granting a variance.
