PCR1986212WHEREAS, It is permitted in Section 6.04 (4) (G) (2) (c)
that the Plan Commission may permit additional parking of trucks
and equipment if in their opinion the area is predominantly
undeveloped and shall set forth the terms and conditions of the
permit for a three year period, and
WHEREAS, In Section 6.04 (4) G 4 b (1) it defines
predominantly undeveloped use as an area where there are no more
than three (3) homes within a radius of 800' of the proposed
parking site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the indoor storage of the family owned pick-up trucks, dump
trucks, and rubber tired tractors for six months from May through
October at W207 S8050 Hillendale Drive, Muskego.
