AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING
TRUCK AND CAMPING TRAILERS
W#RRR4$, The rules, laws and ordinance committee has
Proposed an amendment to the zoning ordinance to clarify section
6.04(4) (C) (2) and 6.04(4) (C) (3), and
WHEREAS, The City Attorney has developed an ordinance to
amend those sections of the code, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment better defines trucks and -
camping trailers to aid in better enforcement of these sections,
and
WHEREAS, The Public Hearing has been set for November 25,
1986.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That
