APPROVAL, OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
IN THE NE 1/4 SECTION 9
W#EWE43, It is proposed to divide a parcel of land into two
lots in the NE 1/11 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, These lots will more than meet the minimum
requirements in this RS3-OLS District, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to dedicate a 25' str
south lot line (Lake Drive Extension) and
WHEREAS, Section 7.3 of the land division ord

suggests a 60' minimum width for minor streets when no width is
specified, and
WHEREAS, The existing Lake Drive is only 50' in width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division of the parcel with tax key #2193.972 in the NE 1/4
of Section 9 into two conforming lots with a 60' dedication with
an improved road with a turn around.
