APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL/BUSINESS PARK ADDN. #l
WHEREAS, The final plat for the Muskego Industrial/Business
Park Addition #1 has been prepared by Ruekert & Mielke, dated
November 4, 1986 has been submitted, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission under Resolution #P.C. 208-86
has approved the preliminary plat, and
WHEREAS, All the improvements will be made by the City of
Muskego without the need of a developer's agreement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat and recommend approval to the Common Council.
