APPROVAL OF RETENTION POND
MARK PIZUR/DAVE LEPAK
WHEREAS, Recently fill has been brought in on Parcel 1 on a
lot that has been created at W147 ST272 Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, This has been a low spot on both parcel 1 and
parcel 2, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Pizur has been requested to
drainage to a creek that lies northeast of tha
provide for
t property, and
WHEREAS, The natural drainage area has been filled and it
is proposed to construct a garage in that area, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to construct a retention pond
at the east end of Parcel 1 and 2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the P
the creation of a 100' X 50' 15' deep pond
Parcel 1 and 2.
