EXTRA TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION-TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 9-81 a three (3) lot division
was created in Section 5, Town of Norway and Section 32 in the
City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The cottage in the Muskego 70' portion of that
division has been removed, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to redivide parcel three of
Certified Survey Map #lo02 into four lots, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve the redivision of
the three parcel division into four lots through extra
territorial jurisdiction and that lot 1 will be created which
lies in the City of Muskego to have access by 30' along the east
lot line to access Denoon Road and be adjoined to Lot 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan COmmiSSiOn approve
the four lot division for Cameron & Natalie Bruce in the NE 1/4
of Section 5, Town of Norway and the SW 1/4 of Section 32, City
of Muskego.
