APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT PETER YOSS - W125 S9861A NORTH CAPE ROAD
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has received a petition for a
conditional use for the property address as W125 S9861A North
Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, This conditional use grant is for the purpose of
restoring automobiles and not including storage of junk, wrecks,
or parts, and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to place conditions so that such
grant shall have no adverse affect on the health, general
Welfare, safety and economic prosperity of that area and to
eliminate any possible hazardous, harmful, noxious offenses or
nusiance that would be appropriate to carrying out the intention
of conditional grant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use grant with the following conditions:
1) Hours of operation - 8 A.M. to 6:OO P.M.
2) Noise, odor, dust - To meet OSHA and DILHR standards
3) Sign - Flat wall sign - 48 square feet
4) All off street parking shall be out of view from County
Highway 00.
5) No outside storage of materials.
6) All storage of cars in the building to the south must
have the battery removed and the gas tank empty.

WHEREAS, It is necessary to place conditions so that such

welfare, safety and economic prosperity of that area and to
eliminate any possible hazardous, harmful, noxious offenses or

4) All off street parking and storage of cars shall be Out
of view from County Highway 00.
5) No outside storage of materials such as dented/rusted
fenders, paint, spare parts, any materials used for restoration.
6) All storage of cars in the building to the south must
have the battery removed and the gas tank empty.
