4PPROVAL OF ADDITION TO AN EXISTING BUILDING RICHARD OLSON
W#ERB4g, It is proposed to construct a 50' X 30' addition
to an existing 24' X 34' pole building at W183 S8922 Racine
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, In 1973 a request for a 30' X 50' accessory
building was denied because the floor area was greater than 60%
of the floor area of the principal building, and
WHEREAS, A permit had been issued on September 5, 1973 for
a 24' X 30' building which was below 60% of the floor area of the
principal building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the building addition subject to a
variance being granted by the Board of Appeals.
