APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
TOM CARTER - SU 1/4 SECTION 12
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide an acre of land in the SW
1/4 of Section 12, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to service both lots with a private
interceptor main.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Tom Carter in the SW 1/11 of Section
12 subject to receiving the $75.00 submittal fee, $200 park
dedication fee, approval of city engineers and acceptable sewer
agreement with the City of Muskego.
