WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a horse barn/storage
shed on Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map {I1353 in the NW 1/4
Section 14, addressed as Wl51 ST960 Mystic Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is 3.7 acres in size and horses are
permitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a horse barn/storage shed for Kurt 0. Faes in
the NW 1/11 of Section 14 conditioned that the building be located
at least 50' from the lot line.
