APPROVAL OF AMENDED UTILITY EASEMENT
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL/BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 162-86 the Plan C omm i ssion
approved a 15' utility easement to be placed around the perimeter
of the Muskego Industrial/Business Park, and
WHEREAS, It is now necessary to increase the width of the
easement to 20'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the addition of 5' to the utility easment in the Muskego
Industrial/Business Park
