APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
TAX KEY #2260.991 DENNIS REEVES-SE 1/4 SECTION 25
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 56' X 34' garage
structure to house antiques and classic cars, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted a variance to
permit a garage structure prior to the erection of a principal
building, and
WHEREAS, This decision was based on a hardship that a
principal building could not be constructed on the lot because of
poor soil.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 2nd garage structure for Dennis Reeves in the SE 114 Of
Section 25, Tax Key jl2260.991.
