APPROVAL OF SIGN
KUCLITSCH’S ALPINE LANES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to increase the size of an existing
sign for Kuglitsch’s Alpine Lanes, and
WHEREAS, This sign is located in the northwest corner of
Racine Avenue and Apollo Drive in the Muskego Industrial/Business
Park, and
WHEREAS, A free standing sign is permitted in this location
up to 58 square feet in size, and
WHEREAS, With the proposed increase an additional 12 square
feet would make the legal non-conforming sign larger than that
permitted in this zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the free standing sign subject to the
Board of Appeals granting a variance in size.
