RESOLUTION #P.C. 194-86
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted by Dale
& Deb Reimer to divide a lot at W195 ST234 in the NW 1/4 of
Section 8, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution #P.C. 56-86,
and
WHEREAS, This area has been sewered.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for Dale and Deb Reimer subject to the
condition that the proper road dedication be provided.
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is contingent upon
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee, city engineers approval and
$200.00 park dedication fee.
