APPROVAL OF SPECIFIC USE AND
BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN
RHINEHART KRUEGER
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 40' X 80' pre-
engineered building for the purpose of providing a storage shed,
and
WHEREAS, The area is zoned 1-1 and the building will be
compatible in this district, and
WHEREAS, The offsets and setbacks conform to the 1-1
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the specific use and building, site and operation plan for
Rhinehart Krueger.
