WHEREAS, Daryl Condon has petitioned the Plan Commission
for architectural approval for a second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, The location of this pole type shed conforms to
the zoning ordinance regulations, and
WHEREAS, This building will be placed in an agricultural
district and be compatible with the surrounding uses.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve the second garage structure for Daryl
Condon at S104 W15020 Loomis Drive.
