APPROVAL OF SIGN AND LANDSCAPE PLAN INSTRUMATICS-ART KRUEGER
RESOLUTION #P.C- 189-86
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a building in the
Muskego Industrial/Business Park, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Resolution #P.C. 169-86
approved the partial building, site and operation plan with the
exception of the sign and landscaping, and
WHEREAS, These plans have now been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the flat wall sign and the landscape plan as submitted by Arthur
Krueger - Instrumatics, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the evergreens be no less than
3" in diameter and the red maple no less than 2" in diameter for
the landscaping.
