APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MARY h CHARLES KLEIN
WHEREAS, Charles and Mary Klein, W210 S6977 Stonecrest Road
have requested permission to construct a 32' X 22 1/2' second
garage structure on their property, and
WHEREAS, The applicants have submitted construction plans,
and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in the RCE District, and
WHEREAS, The applicants are requesting a variance from the
Board of Appeals for 10' in offset to construct the garage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board does hereby approve
the request of Charles and Mary Klein to construct a second
garage structure on their property located at W210 S6977
Stonecrest Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent
upon the Board of Appeals granting the 10' in offset variance.
