WHEREAS, It is proposed to create two parcels from a
property addressed and located at 8720 Racine Avenue being a part
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway,
and

WHEREAS The certified survey map has been submitted to
Racine County Planning Department for approval, and
WHEREAS, This property is located in the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve I
the Certified Survey Map - Wm. & Anna Allison, Town of Norway and
recommends approval to the Common Council for a two parcel
division of the property addressed as 8720 Racine Avenue, Town Of
Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee.
