APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN EGG PRODUCTS INC.
RESOLUTION #P.C. 183-86
WHEREAS, It is proposed to modify the building, site and
operation plan previously submitted in Resolution #P.C. 27-86 and
approved March 18, 1986, and
WHEREAS, The intent is to add an addition to the southwest
corner of the building, and
WHEREAS, This development is being phased and the first
phase is the installation of three (3) 10,000 gallon tanks, and
WHEREAS, An appeal for a variance will be necessary because
of the setback required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended site plan to approve the four phases of improvements
planned for Egg Products, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction to proceed with Phase I which is the erection of
the free standing tanks as shown in the drawing with screening
within one year's time.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Phase I of the four phase addition to Egg Products, Inc.
