APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE AND BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN YOUNG'S AUTO BODY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 182-86
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 45' X 72' building
for auto repair and sales, and
WHEREAS, The land had been divided for this propose in
Resolution #P.C. 107-86, and
WHEREAS, This is a permitted use under conditional gran
,153, and
WHEREAS, 6.03 (2) C states that the change be submitted
Plan Commission and if in their opinion such change is not
substantial no public hearing would be necessary, and
WHEREAS, This use has been existing for many years with
problems, and
WHEREAS, This building will improve the neighborhood
because of the design and location of the building, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to have a flat wall sign on the
building, and

WHEREAS, It is proposed to have two (2) spotlights to light
up the front of the building and one light in the fountain.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does
hereby approve the expansion of conditional use and the building,
Site and operation plan for Young's Auto Body
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no more than two (2) cars are
premitted for sale at one time on the lot.
