APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE PLAN ...~~~ ". ~~
TUFSEAL CORP - w1a3 sa253 RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Tufseal Corporation has moved into a building
previously occupied by Peerless Gear, and
WHEREAS, Tufseal Corporation finds it necessary to store
materials outside of the building, and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 9 of the Rules and Regulations for the
Muskego Industrial/Business Park states that all material must be
screened from view from the street with solid fencing or
screening approved by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, Tufseal Corporation was notified in a letter dated
August 12, 1986 of the violation of paragraph 9, and
WHEREAS, They propose to plant twenty-five (25) scotch pine
trees along the east side of the building extending around 50' of
the northeast corner.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the screening as proposed by Tufseal Corporation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an additional twenty-five (25)
scotch pines would be added with a review of the number indicated
after a one year period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the outside storage of lumber
be stacked no higher than 8'.
