WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 24' second
garage structure at W139 S6909 Sherwood Circle, and
WHEREAS, This garage is to be located to the rear of the
existing dwelling between Sherwood Circle and Tess Corners Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure at W139 S6909 Sherwood Circle.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this structure cannot be over
15' in height.
