WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop 48 lots in the NW 1/11 of
Section 15 which would be the NE corner of Lannon Drive and Woods
Road, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned RS2/0PD, and
WHEREAS, This P U D allows for mixed development of one and
two family dwelling units, and
WHEREAS, The street layout and design of the lots were
approved in P.C. 161-86 with recommended changes, and
WHEREAS, These changes have now been made.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat subject to the renaming of some streets.
