DURHAMSWOOD ADDITION fl
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted as the second
phase in the Durhamswood Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install public improvements and
to divide 18 lots, and
WHEREAS, This final plat follows the preliminary plat
approved in Resolution #P.C. 26-86, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the final plat for
Durhamswood Addition #1 be approved subject to engineers approval
and payment of park dedication fees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
approval of a developer's agreement and review of drainage plans
by the city public works department for this addition.
