APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 172-86
SW 1/4 SECTION 2 - KOSOBUCKI
WHEREAS, A sketch has been approved in Resolution #P.C.
153-86 for a four (4) lot division in the SW 1/11 Section 2, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has now be submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map subject to the following conditions:
1) A developer's agreement that would include the
submission of engineering plans for all public improvements.
a) Grading plan.
b) Street plan and storm sewer
c) Sewer plan
d) Landscape plan (street tree plan)
e) Soil erosion control plan
f) School impact study
2) Engineering approval.
3) Proper park dedication fees.
