THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a certified survey map after the installation and
acceptance of the sanitary sewers to these lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the certified survey map show
that the street access will be within 3' of the east lot line on
the western most lot.
