WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide seven (7) lots abutting
Sunset Drive in the SE 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, These lots conform to the RS2 zoning, and
WHEREAS, Sewer is available on Sunset Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and would be receptive to a final plat or certified
survey map.
