RESOLUTION #P.C. 168-86
MUSKEG0 ICETRONAUTS SNOWMOBILE CLUB INC.
WEBEAS, It is proposed to place temporary signs on Racine
Avenue and on Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, These temporary signs are for an announcement of a
special event and may be permitted for a limited period of time
in any district with the approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The size and location of such signs are at the
discretion of the Plan Commission based on the character of the
area, the type and purpose of the sign and the length of time
permitted, and
WHEREAS, If the signs are not located on the premises
involved, the signs may be permitted for a period not to exceed 9
months, and
WHEREAS, These signs are requested for a period of less
than one month.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two temporary signs advertising this special event.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That these signs be removed prior
to October 15, 1986 and any signs advertising any further events
after October 5 be submitted to the Plan Commission for approval.
