ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE MICHAEL PETFALSKI
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a storage shed on the
property located at S65 W12512 Byron Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the storage shed, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such storage structure
would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in the RS2
zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Michael Petfalski to construct a 10' X 14' storage
shed at S65 W12512 Byron Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the structure shall maintain
the required 15' and 20' offsets.
