APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN W125 S9791 NORTH CAPE ROAD
NORDBERG POWER CHIEF DIESEL INC.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to locate a retail engine parts
business within the building formally used for the Durham Hills
School, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted a site plan and
operational description of the business, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be rehabilitated to allow for
the storage and distribution of engine replacement parts, and
WHEREAS, The applicants will provide for adequate employee
and visitor parking, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-4/OIP and consequently
would allow retail activities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for the property located at
W125 S9791 North Cape Road for Nordberg Power Chief Diesel Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there will be no outside
storage on this property.
