RESOLUTION #P.C. 165-86
ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE DELBERT HOLTZ
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' X 63' pole
building on the property located at W180 S8003 Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted site plans for the
pole building, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such pole building would
have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Delbert Holtz to construct a 30' X 63' pole
building at W180 S8003 Pioneer Drive.
