WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' X 40' pole
building on the property located at W182 S9295 Parker Drive, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the pole building, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such pole building would
have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-1
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Ronald Finco to construct a 30' X 40' pole
building at W182 S9295 Parker Drive .
