ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
NANCY LINDSEY JANUS2
WHEREAS, It is propo sed to constru ct a 22' X 40' garage on
the property located at S78 W16114 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant has submitted construction plans for
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Nancy Lindsey Janusz to construct a 22' X 40'
second garage structure at S78 W16114 Woods Road.
