RESOLUTION 8P.C. 162-86
WHEREAS, It is necessary to have 15' easements for the
electric company underground utilities, and
WHEREAS, It states in Chapter 62.23 of the Wisconsin
Statutes that the Plan Commission is required to approve of
easements on City owned land.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 15' utility easement around the perimeter of the newly
developed area in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 and the SE 1/4 of
Section 17 known as the Muskego Industrial Park.
