RESOLUTION #P.C. 161-86
APPROVAL OF THE SKETCH FOR DEVELOPMENT
CORNER OF WOODS ROAD AND LANNON DRIVE
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to the planning
consultant for a report on proposed zoning changes, and
WHEREAS, His report dated July 11, 1986 outlined how the
land should be divided, and
WHEREAS, The sketch basically follows those recommendations
with the exception of lots 6, 7, 12 and 13 which are duplex lots
which do not abut Lannon Drive or Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, The sketch shows development in the wetland flood
plain zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch with the following changes: 1) That the lot with the
existing home be numbered, 2) That the area of the wetland flood
plain be shown on the preliminary plat; 3) That the Common
Council approve the RS2-OPD zoning.
