PCR1986157APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 157-86
NW 1/4 SECTION 12, LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4 - KUREX
WHEREAS, A sketch had been submitted showing division of
land in the NW 1/4 Section 12 and approved by the Plan Commission
in Resolution 1IP.C. 109-86, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide the property with
certified survey maps in accordance with 236.34 of the state
statutes which permits the Register of Deeds to record certified
survey maps on lots larger than 1 112 acres in size, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map with lots 1, 2, 3 and 4
are larger than 1 1/2 acres in size and meet this requirement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend to the Common Council approval of the certified
survey map subject to the city engineers approval and $800.00 in
park dedication fees.
