RECOMMENDING TO THE COMMON COUNCIL TRE APPROVAL OF CHANGE FROM RS2 TO RS2-OPD OVERLAY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop a subdivision with mixed
residential uses, and
WHEREAS, This mixed residential development can be provided
in the overlay plan development district, and
WHEREAS, This proposed zoning change will conform to the
comprehensive plan with less density than would be required under
the straight RS2 zoning, and
WHEREAS, This development will have to be submitted to the
Plan Commission in accordance with the land division ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the zoning in this district
be changed from RS2 to RS2-OPD.
