APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
NATIONAL SCHOOL BUS SERVICE, INC.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 3' x 16' flat wall
sign on the building in the Tess Corners Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned Industrial and flat wall
signs are permitted up to 3% of the wall area on which the sign
is to be located, and
WHEREAS, The 48 square foot sign will comply with the
zoning regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve signs under
building, site and operation plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 48 square foot flat wall sign at W146 S6365 Tess Corners
Drive .
