WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 91' x 24' accessory
building (garage structure) on the property addressed as 579
W18905 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned RS2-OOS, and
WHEREAS, The principal use has been Happy Day Nursery and
office building, and
WHEREAS, This accessory use is subject to the approval of
the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the accessory use for a garage structure on the Edward Rudolph
property at S79 W18905 Janesville Road.
