IN THE SW 114 SECTION 2
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide eight (8) acres in the SW
1/4 of Section 2 on the northwest corner of Woodland and
Janesville Roads, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned RSA which provides for single family
attached units in buildings accomodating from two to eight units
per building, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve building, site
and operation plans for any use or structures to be placed there.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the four (4) lot division in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 as submitted
by Kuokkanen & Associates for Roy Kosobucki.
