APPROVAL OF STORAGE BUILDING ON- SEVEN ACRE PARCEL

WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 54' pole type
storage building at 595 W14509 Ryan Road, and
WHEREAS, This building will not exceed 25' in height and
shall not exceed 1% of the lot area, and conforms to the offsets
and setbacks of the agricultural district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the storage building at S95 W14509 Ryan Road as submitted.
